How to make cream




 Fixings

- Spread: 100 grams (unsalted)

- Wheat flour: a cup and a half (sieved)

- Dates: a cup (hollowed and cut into little pieces)

- Yogurt: a portion of a cup

The most effective method to plan

Dissolve the margarine in a pan over medium intensity, then add the wheat flour and mix until toasted.

Add the date pieces, and leave the blend on the fire until the dates relax.

Add the yogurt, mix the blend for a couple of moments, then switch off the intensity.

Place the cream in appropriate serving dishes, and serve it hot
